The elastic, cylindrical end-cap (30) has a closed base detachably fixed to the end-piece (1), and an opening (31) at least for the viewing window (4). At least two insertion pieces between the end-cap and end piece are positioned at the front and back ends of the viewing window and prevent loosening. Each insertion piece has at least one cavity (22) and at least one protuberance (35). The insertion piece at the back end of the observation window consists of an annular groove (7) in the end-piece and an annular protuberance (32) in the end cap. The end piece has a flat part (21) containing the observation window.
