A signal transmitting circuit of a semiconductor device for transmitting read cell data to an output buffer includes an input port for receiving the data, first and second output ports for outputting the data received by the input port, a first buffer for buffering the data from the input port and transmitting it to the first output port, a second buffer for buffering the data from the input port and transmitting it to the second output port, a first data transmitter for transmitting first logic data from the input port to the first buffer, and a second data transmitter for transmitting second logic data from the input port to the second buffer. The signal transmitting circuit transmits two pulse signals, improving operation speed.
