The device has a housing (1) for holding the products, a coin-operated mechanism and a transport mechanism for delivering the products to a dispensing opening (4) in the housing. The transport mechanism has an inclined lifting platform (15) on which the products are stacked at an angle. The region of the lifting platform facing the front of the housing is lower than the rear region. The lifting platform is inclined at about 60 degrees to the housing base.
