The connector is a two-piece clamp-binder that consists of two jaw-clips (4). The clips are connected through a clamp tightener (6) at a clamping range so as to form a seesaw (5). One clip end is in the form of a claw that grips around an appropriately shaped fence post (3). The other clip end is curved, having a semicircular shape, located in a hollow profile of a fence bar (2). The fence post is formed as a square hollow profile with concave sides. The clamp tightener consists of a compression spring (9), a blind rivet (7) and a securing screw (8) that has a hexagonal socket.
