The apparatus in housing (12) has cylindrical chamber (14) with moving piston (16) and dosing needle (18). The needle slides in the measuring channel (22) with discharge outlet (24). The apparatus has a closed supply tube and the channel forms the measuring chamber, typically of volume 1 cm<3>, with dose maximum 5 mm<3>, preferably 1 mm<3>. A vacuum tube (33) with a filter provides suction to draw the material into the measuring chamber.
