The device includes an optics layer (5), in which at least one light wave conductor (11) with an input (13) and an output (15) is formed. A corresponding piezo-electric layer (7) is provided with electrodes (9) for the production of an acoustic wave. The light wave conductor is arranged in such way, that a Bragg light refraction with optics frequency shift appears in the area of the acoustic wave. A further light wave conductor (21) is formed in the optics layer, which leads the refracted light wave to a second output (23), so that the input is selectively connected with the first or the second output through activation and/or deactivation of the electrodes.
