THROMBIN RECEPTOR MODIFIED TRANSGENIC ANIMALS

A transgenic animal with alterations in a thrombin receptor gene is prepared by introduction of an altered thrombin receptor gene into a host animal. The resulting transgenic animals do not produce functional thrombin receptor molecules.
