A card data backup method is provided, which includes the steps of judging a kind of inserted card searching information of corresponding IC card in case that inserted card is equal to IC card storing characteristic number of searched IC card to internal memory connecting speech line according to input key signal laying call charge, storing the remainer information of IC card in internal memory and then judging as to whether communication is completed.
