Implant comprising a basic body (10) which is implantable in bone tissue and has an internal screw thread for the reception of an implant post (20), of an implant extension and of a post for attachments or the like via a screwed connection, a pressure surface (28) extending essentially at right angles to the axis of the basic body and beyond the cross-sectional surface of the latter being arranged on the basic body or so as to be connectable thereto.
