The lubrication structure is formed on the surface of the inclined drive plate (23) , and is formed of a number of passages (234,236, 237, 238,239) that compress and guide the gas carrying the lubricating oil onto the part of the drive plate under the greatest loading. A bearing (38) is interposed between the edge of the plate and the piston (37) that compresses the gas carrying the lubricant. A pair of guide pins (26,27) couple the drive plate to a second plate (224) fitted on the drive shaft to couple drive from the shaft. A counterweight (235) balances the passages formed on the face of the inclined drive plate.
