Stereo acoustic image enhancement device

The enhancement device receives the left and right hand input image signals. The device has two spectrum analysers, for processing the left and right signals respectively, and the input signals are fed to the respective spectrum analysers (100,200), to provide two sets of frequency band output signals (R1,..Rn ; L1,...Ln). The signals from the spectrum analysers are combined in pairs, to provide the modified left and right signal sets (Lp1.1,..Lpn.n; Rp1.1,..Rpn.n), which are fed to the respective adders (400,500) for providing the left and right output signals (Lout, Rout).
