<p>A raceway has extruded polymeric base (16) and cover (14) portions that snap together, and a socket defining segment of the cover can be located anywhere along the base (16) to provide design flexibility for socket location. The base (16) has elongated wire conductors (L1, L2) molded into upstanding legs (16a, 16b) that define self-hinges for resiliently acting on the plug (10) prongs (P1, P2) when the plugs are pushed into slots defined by these leg portions. The plug prongs (P1, P2) can be used to rotate a safety disk (12) in the cover (14) prior to pushing the prongs into the slots.</p> |
