<p>A safety doorstop, particularly for sliding panels e.g. patio doors, comprises a roller 20, a pivotable mounting arm 22, a support member 24, means 23 to manually move roller 20 and a torsion spring 36 for urging the mounting arm 22 into an operative position. The torsion spring 36 may surround the pivot means (not shown). Preferably the support means 24 has a first spring aperture and the mounting arm 22 has a second spring aperture for receiving ends of the spring 36.</p> |
