A planar magnetic device in which the highfrequency loss in the coil conductor can be reduced. The device comprises a planar coil (11) formed of a coil conductor (111) constituted by a plurality of conductor lines (lla, llb and llc). The coil conductor (111) is provided in the form of a spiral. The planar coil 11 is interposed between two insulating layers (12) which are sandwiched between two soft-magnetic layers (13). |
