Disclosed are compounds of the formula (1) wherein R<*> and R<**> are C2-12 alkyl, each of A<1-5> is C2-4 alkyl, each of R<1-5> is -H or (C9-21 alkyl or alkenyl)-C(O)-, each of Q<1-3> is -H,-CH3, -C2H5 or -CH2CH2COOH; r is 0-2; i, j and each k are each 0-1, and (i+j+k)is 0-4; and n is the number of moles of monovalent anion A to provide zero net charge.
