<p>Blender used in the food industry comprising a curved vessel (1), which is a cylinder closed at the rear end and open at the front end, and contains at least one plate (7) on the inside of the wall forming part of a helix so that in a first direction of rotation the product is mixed and is pushed towards the back of the vessel. There is also at least one counter-plate (9) also forming part of a helix such that in the first direction of rotation the product is pushed towards the front of the vessel to counter the effect of the first plate.</p> |
