摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify a configuration and to increase and stabilize the output of a laser by cutting one end of a solid state laser material disposed in an optical resonator system at a Brewster angle, and adhering a nonlinear optical element to the other end at an angle for satisfying angle phase matching condition. CONSTITUTION:A YAG rod 130 is cut at its one side at a Brewster angle with respect to an optical axis, polished, and polished at the other end perpendicularly to the optical axis. A nonlinear optical element 120 is so adjusted at its angle as to satisfy the angle phase matching condition and adhered with ultraviolet ray curable resin. It is adjusted by actually laser oscillating it after the axial direction is schematically matched, and it is so adhered at an angle that the intensity of second harmonic wave becomes maximum. A KTP, etc., is adapted for the element 120. When the adhering ultraviolet ray curable resin having approx. 1.55 of refractive index is employed, the reflection at the adhered section is approx. 1.1%, but it can be further reduced by attaching a thin dielectric film thereto. A condensing lens 110 is disposed between a semiconductor laser 100 and the element 120.
