PURPOSE:To regenerate the solvent discharged from a cleaning section to high cleanliness by providing a distillation chamber to the lower part of a solvent regenerating section and a condensing section to the upper part thereof and constituting a distillation column mounted with at least one stage of wire nets in the solvent vapor pass part. CONSTITUTION:The solvent regenerating section is constituted of the distillation chamber 2 and the distillation column 1 having the condensing section 3. At least one stage of the wire nets, for example, 3 stages of the wire nets 5a-5c are mounted to the solvent vapor pass part in the distillation column 1. A conduit 19 for reflux of the solvent recovered in the condensing section 3 to a cleaning section 20 and a conduit 21 for introducing the solvent to the distillation chamber 2 are disposed between the cleaning section 10 and the solvent regenerating section 1-3. The fine particles contained in the solvent are, therefore, removed by the wire nets 5a-5c at the time when the solvent vapor ascends to pass the wire nets 5a-5c. The cleanliness of the solvent vapor passed through the wire nets 5a-5c is thereby improved. |
