PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a FRP made pipe having an inflated part and a constricted part without generating a deviated thickness by a method wherein a heat-shrinkable resin tape is wound on an outer peripheral surface of a prepreg cylindrically laminated to be charged into a mold, which is heated by feeding pressurized gas into a hollow part of the prepreg laminate. SOLUTION: A prepreg 20 is wound on an outer periphery of a tapered columnar mandrel 1, and laminated. A heat shrinkable resin tape 4 is spirally wound on an outer peripheral surface of the prepreg laminate 21, and the mandrel is extracted therefrom. Then, the prepreg laminate 21 on which the resin tape 4 is wound is charged into a mold 3 as it is. Gas (air) is made to flow therein from a gas inlet 3a of the mold 3 to apply inner pressure to a hollow part 21a of the prepreg laminate 21 charged into the mold 3, and the resin tape 4 and the prepreg laminate 21 are heated by raising a temperature of the mold 3. Then, a FRP made pipe 22 is molded from the prepreg laminate 21. |
