PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely discharge a fixed quantity of powdery body by a simple discharging work, and also, make the discharging quantity adjustable. SOLUTION: This metering-discharging device 10 is equipped with a case 10a for which a partitioning wall 21 is provided, and a fixed container 11 is formed above the partitioning wall 21 of the case 10a. Under the partitioning wall 21 of the case 10a, a pair of turnable containers 12a, 12b are turnably arranged between the partitioning wall 21 and the bottom part 22 of the case 10a. On the turnable containers 12a, 12b, a discharging port 14 and a flow-in port 15 are respectively provided. When the flow-in port 15 is open, the discharging port 14 is closed, and when the discharging port 14 is open, the flow-in port 15 is closed. Between the turnable containers 12a, 12b, a connecting part which works in such a manner that when either one turnable container is turned, the other one turns, and when the other one is turned the first one does not turn, is provided. |
