PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-coated steel tube having compatibility of both heat-resisting oxidative deterioration and weather resistance by discovering the process of optical stability without impairing the oxidative deterioration of polypropylene. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-coated steel tube is obtained by sequentially laminating an epoxy primer layer, maleic anhydride modified polypropylene layer and polypropylene layer on the periphery of the tube. In this case, the maleic anhydride layer modified polypropylene layer and the polypropylene layer comprise an ethylene-propylene block copolymer, and further a predetermined antioxidant, light stabilizer and inorganic pigment are mixed with the maleic anhydride layer and the polypropylene layer. |
