摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a polyurethane resin coating to be conductive and to be improved in static properties by incorporating one or more ionic segments and using a polyurethane resin specified in glass transition temperature and specific volume resistance. SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin used herein has a glass transition temperature of 30 deg.C or less and a specific volume resistance 10<6> to 10<9>Ωcm. The polyurethane resin is produced from an aliphatic long-chain polyol and an organic polyisocyanate, if desired, using a chain-lengthening agent. As an ionic segment, SO3 M, COOM, NR3 , or NR4 <+> .X<-> wherein M denotes H, an alkali metal ion, or an NH4 ion, R denotes an alkyl, an aralkyl, or an alkylene, and X denotes an inorganic anion or an organic anion. To introduce these segment, for example, SO3 M, a sulfonic acid metal salt-containing glycol (e.g., 2-sodiumsulfo-1,4- butanediol) is used as a polyol raw material and/or a chain-lengthening agent.
