<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotary-atomization coater capable of securing a necessary air speed and capable of maintaining high coating efficiency. SOLUTION: The air pressure is controlled to 80-250 kPa at the outlet of the shaping air nozzle of this coater, and the amt. of air for atiomization from one shaping air nozzle is adjusted to 10-20Nl/min. The diameter of the nozzle is controlled to 0.6-1.5mm, and the number of the nozzles having a length of 1/6 to 1/4 times the length of the periphery of an atomization head are provided.</p> |
