摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a device in a compact state and to improve working efficiency by a method wherein a lockup clutch to intercouple an impeller and a first turbine is provided, a hydraulic brake is arranged on a first turbine shaft, and a second turbine is coupled to a second turbine shaft through a one- way clutch. SOLUTION: An impeller 21 and a first turbine 22 are intercoupled through a damper 24 and a lockup clutch 25. Further, the transmission side of a first turbine shaft 23 is coupled to a hydraulic clutch 26, the disc of the hydraulic clutch 26 is coupled to the cover of the hydraulic brake 27, and the first turbine shaft 23 is securely or movably supported at a housing 39. A second turbine 31 is supported on the second turbine shaft 32 through a one-way clutch 33 in a direction in which torque is transmitted to the shaft 32 when the second turbine 31 is rotated in a reverse direction to the rotation direction of the impeller 21. The disc of the hydraulic clutch 26 is fixed to the end on the transmission side of the second turbine shaft 32, and further coupled to the shaft 46 of the first pulley 41 of a belt continuously variable transmission part 40.
