PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To center a speed reduction device side and a clutch side without incurring increased costs. SOLUTION: In a planetary gear speed reduction device, a pin for supporting a planetary gear 12 via a bearing is directly fixed to the outer of one-way clutch and the outer is rotated with the revolting planetary gear 12. An internal gear engaging with the planetary gear 12 is connected to the rotary disk 30 of a shock absorbing device disposed on the outer peripheral of the one-way clutch via a connecting member 34 and an elastic member 33. The connecting member 34, however, has an engaging projection 34a for engaging with the elastic member 33 in the connecting recessed portion 13a made in the internal gear and the engaging projection 34a is housed in the connecting recessed portion 13a with a small gas in the radial direction. Therefore the internal gear is mounted such that it can be displaced in the radial direction to the rotary disk 30 via the connecting member 34. |
