PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform molding without damaging global environment or work environment by foaming a liquid polymer of polyurethane or silicone with specific viscosity and centrifugally molding the foamed polymer to react and cure the same. SOLUTION: A fluid such as heated steam is supplied into a heating fluid passage 2 to internally heat an apparatus. When the apparatus becomes a definite temp., a lid 4 is opened to supply a required amt of a raw material for foam molding into a rotated cylindrical mold 7. As the raw material, liquid polyurethane or a liquid silicone polymer having viscosity of 1-600cps at 40 deg.C is used. A foam stabilizer, a curing catalyst and the like are compounded and mixed with this polymer according to a predetermined recipe and the polymer is prefoamed by mechanical stirring according to a mechanical froth method by an one-shot method to be supplied into the cylindrical mold. A release agent such as silicone is applied to the wall surface of the cylindrical mold. Jaws 8 are provided to the opening part of the cylindrical mold so as to prevent the molding raw material from overflowing from the mold when the mold is rotated. |
