PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject detergent composition with bulk density within a specific range, excellent in biodegradability and safety and further improved in detergency, comprising a specific alkylolamide-type surfactant, alminosilicate and alkali agent. SOLUTION: This detergent composition with a bulk density of 0.5-1.2g/mL comprises (A) 15-50wt.% of an alkylolamide-type surfactant of formula I (R1 is a 8-20C alkyl or alkeneyl; R2 is H, a 1-3C alkyl or alkenyl; (n) is a number of 2-6), (B) 5-60wt.% of an aluminosilicate, and (C) 5-60wt.% of an alkali agent consisting of crystalline silicate(s) of formula II (M is a group I a element; Me is one kind or a combination of at last two kinds selected from groups IIa, IIb, IIIa, IVa, VIII elements etc.; y/x=0.5-2.6; z/x=0.01-1.0; (w)=0-20; n/m=0.5-2.0) and/or formula III (M is an alkali metal; (x')= 1.5-2.6; (y')=0-20). |
