PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a highly heat insulating panel excellent in surface lubricity thereof without being influenced by a panel surface material temperature in spite of the use of a compound containing a hydrofluorocarbon having >=100 deg.C boiling point as a foaming agent. SOLUTION: This highly heat insulating panel is obtained by using a foaming agent containing a hydrofluorocarbon having >=100 deg.C boiling point in a raw material, a polyether-modified silicone compound having >=350 molecular weight and >=35% silicone content as a foam stabilizer and further the raw material temperature within the range of >=17 deg.C, preferably >=20 and <=40 deg.C. Thereby, the highly heat insulating panel excellent in surface smoothness without being influenced by the surface temperature is prepared and the method for producing the highly heat insulating panel is obtained. |
