MOLDING METHOD OF WOODEN BASE MATERIAL HAVING DEEP DRAWING PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of see-through in a deep drawing part by rapidly reacting an olefinic resin binder by the conductive heat from a hot press mold to perform molding/curing while restricting the quantity of the wooden fiber material moving to the deep drawing part of a cavity. SOLUTION: As a molding material, a compsn. prepared by mixing an olefinic resin binder having a reactive group and a crosslinking agent with a wooden fiber material is used. This compsn. is formed into a mat which is, in turn, supplied to a hot press mold of about 100 deg.C consisting of an upper mold 1 equipped with a projected part 3 for forming a deep drawing part and a lower mold 2 equipped with a recessed part 4 and the olefinic resin binder is rapidly reacted by the temp. of the mold to be molded and cured while the quantity of the wooden fiber material moving to the deep drawing part of a cavity is restricted. By this constitution, the generation of see-through in the deep drawing part is certainly prevented.
