PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a calcium food, free from rough and powdery feeling attributable to milk calcium and having improved taste by compounding a calcium food containing milk calcium with WASANBON sugar (crude sugar containing various kinds of minerals). SOLUTION: This calcium food is obtained by compounding a calcium food containing milk calcium, which is contained in milk or a milk product, preferably in an amount of 16-30wt.% with WASANBON sugar preferably in an amount of 5-30wt.%. A food having a shape of pellet, tablet, etc., is preferable as a calcium food from the points of easiness of absorption and ingestion. |
