PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and a vibration isolating characteristic concurrently and reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A vibration isolating device is provided with a slant part 103A where a part of one end side of an inner cylinder 103 is inclined outwardly and extends. The device is also provided with an expanding part 104A where a part of one end side of an outer cylinder 104 opposing against the slant part 103A is expanded or projected. The other end side of a resilient member 1 opposite to one end side where either the slant part 103A or the expanding part 104A is formed with an inner hole which is coaxial with the inner cylinder. A circumferential surface of the inner hole is fixed with a stopper having a predetermined inner or outer diameter size and also having a ring-like section and then a clearance for a resilient deformation of the resilient member in the radial direction is assured between the inner hole and the stopper.
