PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct cutting work at an appropriate rotating speed by grasping cutter blade rotational speed exactly during the work. SOLUTION: This cutter is provided with a detection circuit which detects the rotational speed of a cutter blade 3 based on an electric signal from a detection coil 5 fitted around the passing point of a magnetic piece 4 fitted at the rotating part of a cutter blade 3. If detected rotational speed is deviated from its optimum value, a warning sound generator 9 generates warning sound, warning lamps 15a-15e go on, and an engine 16 is stopped automatically as necessary. |
