PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly conductive polyurethane resin used to improve electrostatic characteristics, chargeability, latent image printing performances, etc., by using a polyurethane resin having a specified glass transition temperature and a specified volume resistivity. SOLUTION: This resin has a glass transition temperature of 30 deg.C or below and a volume resistivity of 10<6> -10<10>Ωcm. The highly conductive resin is desirably one obtained by reacting an aliphatic long-chain polyol with an organic polyisocyanate or reacting them further with a chain extender. It is desirably one in which the head of melting of the aliphatic long-chain polyol used in the polyurethane is 200kJ/mol or below.
