PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reuse a fine powder in the powder coater of electrostatic spraying by providing a classifier to a paint recovering machine and attaching a course leading to a paint tank through a recovery pipeline and a course leading to the paint tank through a granulator to the classifier. SOLUTION: A powder paint discharged from an electrostatic gun 13 in a booth 15 and not depositing on a work 25 (to be coated) is recovered by a paint recovering machine 19 consisting of a cyclone 20 and a bag filter 22 through a paint recovery duct 17. The recovered paint is then passed through a classifier 29 and classified into a fine powder having <10μm average grain diameter and a paint having >=10μm size. The paint is sent to a paint tank 11 through a first recovery pipeline 31, and the fine powder is regranulated by a granulator 35 and recovered in the paint tank 11 through a second recovery pipeline 37 and recovered. The work 25 is coated with the paint, discharged from the booth 15 and introduced into a firing furnace.
