<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly judge the regeneration timing of a filter by correcting exhaust pressure to be reference of next regeneration according to the filter temperature, in an exhaust particulates treatment device in which an exhaust flow is throttled by an exhaust intercepting means at regenerating a filter, and the filter is heated by a heating means so as to burn caught exhaust particulates. SOLUTION: This exhaust particulate treatment device is provided with an exhaust intercepting means 104 adjusting an exhaust quantity introduced to a filter 103 interposed in an exhaust passage 102, and an exhaust pressure detecting means 122 detecting pressure P on the upper stream side of the filter 103. When the exhaust pressure P rises over a prescribed value and a regeneration timing judging means 131 judges to be the regeneration timing, an exhaust flow introduced to the filter 103 is throttled by a regeneration means 132 through the exhaust intercepting means 104, and the filter 103 is heated through a heating means 108 so as to burn caught exhaust particulates. At this time, the pressure P of exhaust to be regenerated at a next time is corrected by a regeneration timing correcting means 133 according to the highest temperature detected by a filter temperature detecting means 121 at regeneration.</p> |
