<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a powder paint and its coating method by which the surface of a product low in heat resistance or even an existing equipment difficult to heat is easily powder-coated. SOLUTION: A powder consisting of a ferrous metal is uniformly dispersed in a resin powder melted or hardened by heating, or a powdery grain consisting of a ferrous metal is coated with a resin melted or hardened by heating to constitute a powder paint. The powder paint is laminated on a material to be coated, the ferrous metal contained in the powder paint is heated by electromagnetic induction, and the resin is melted or hardened by the heat to form a coating film.</p> |
