PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in impact-resistant strength, tensile strength and molding processability and having appearance acceptable in terms of fisheye development when molded into a sheet. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 50-95wt.% of a rubber-modified styrene-based polymer 5×10<2> to 5×10<2> poise in the melt viscosity at 240 deg.C and a shear rate of 12×10<3> s<-1> consisting of matrix composed of a styrene-based monomer and (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer and disperse phase, i.e., rubber particles 0.1-3.5μm in size and 1-20wt.% in content in the matrix and (B) 5-50wt.% of another rubber-modified styrene-based polymer 1×10<3> to 1×10<4> poise in the melt viscosity consisting of matrix composed of a styrene-based monomer, (meth)acrylic ester-based monomer and, according as necessary, acrylonitrile monomer and disperse phase, i.e., rubber particles 0.05-0.5μm in size and 20-60wt.% in content in the matrix.
