PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject material, prepared by weaving a hot-melt type monofilament and a metallized tape yarn and thermally adhering the both of them at points of intersection, and having a strong peel strength, insect pests-repelling property and a gas permeation property and capable of repeatedly using for a long period. SOLUTION: This material is prepared by weaving or knitting (A)hot-melt type monofilaments with a fineness of 100-2500d/f and (B) and tape yarns of 2.5-20mm wide having the metallized face sealed with a thermoplastic resin and thermally welding intersecting points between the both yarns A and between the yarns A and B. Moreover, the peel strength at the intersecting points between the monofilaments A and between the monofilaments A and the yarns B is made more than 20g. The metallized film of the yarn B is preferably obtained by metallizing a polyethylene terephthalate film or the like 9-120μm in a thickness with aluminum in a thickness of 200-600Å. A thermoplastic resin is used for sealing the metallized film, and as the thermoplastic resin, polyethylene or polypropylene film with a thickness of 9-80μm is preferable. Further, the objective material has favorably a plain fabric structure.
