SOLUTION: A frame body 1 is provided with one almost rectangular hollow part 1a, and the breadthwise width of the hollow part 1a is formed a little larger than the outer diameter of opening part 21 of a flexible bottle 2 in which the paste-state seasoning is stored. Concerning the utensil for quantitative addition constituted like this, it is better to use the utensil while sticking water so that the paste-state seasoning can smoothly be added without sticking the paste-state seasoning on the frame body 1. Then, in the case of use, this utensil for quantitative addition is arranged above the adding object suck as OKONOMIYAKI (flat cake of unsweetened butter fried with various ingredients) and next, the bottle 2 is squeezed while putting the opening part 21 onto one side terminal part of the hollow part 1a and moved to the other side terminal part of the hollow part 1a so that the paste-state seasoning can be quantitatively added.
