PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the manufacture of cup-shaped sampling blades. SOLUTION: In a treating instrument for use with an endoscope, in which a treating part provided at the end of an interlocking cord inserted into the body via the endoscope is actuated as it is remotely operated by an operation part, a pair of sampling blades 6, 7 supported at the treating part in such a way that they can open and close are constructed of respective cup blades 19, 20 and levers 9, 10, and are formed integrally with each other by press working. Each of the cup blades 19, 20 has a bowl-shaped wall 21, a storing recess 22 surrounded by the bowl-shaped wall 21, and an edge 23 formed at the open edge of the bowl-shaped wall 21, with the bowl-shaped wall 21 provided with abutting edges 21 a that are opposed E each other at one side of the wall 21. In the levers 9, 10, curved walls 24, 25 that continue to the cup blades 19, 20 at the abutting edges 21a of the bowl-shaped wall 21 are made to overlap each other. |
