PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the suppression of absorption of medicines by using an antacid agent, when sucralfate is used together with other medicines in combination. SOLUTION: An antacid is used at a weight antacid/sucralfate ratio of 1/20-2/1, preferably 1/10-1/1 to inhibit the other medicines form being adsorbed or trapped by sucralfate whereby they can maintain their intrinsic absorption properties. The antacid may be used for not only sucralfate but also other medicines, or it is previously used for sucralfate or one of other medicines, then maybe mixed with the other sucralfate or other medicines. As an antacid, and inorganic antacid, for example, synthetic hydrotalcite, sodium hydrogen carbonate are exemplified, while the other medicines are, for example, an antiepileptic agent (phenytoin), an antipyretic analgesic agent (ketoprofen), a drug for psycho neurosis (chlorpromazine hydrochloride), a spasmolytic drug (methylbenactyzium chloride) or an H2 -antagonist (famotidine) or the like. |
