<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a list of guests immediately in use of data obtained by printing a two-dimensional code carrying personal data of guests recorded in a prescribed portion of paper, and reading this two-dimensional code. SOLUTION: In forming an invitation card with two-dimensional code, by the use of a printer capable of printing the two-dimensional code, printing is implemented for the forwarding address, company name, name, and so on of the forwarding customers and, at the same time, a two-dimensional code having personal data recorded with a number of invited customers, the name, company name, division or section name, position name, company address, telephone number, etc., of the invited customer is printed in a prescribed portion of the invitation card. The invitation card with the two-dimensional code manufactured in this way is forwarded to each customer. Then, the two-dimensional code printed in the invitation card with the two-dimensional code carried in by the customer is read by a two-dimensional code reader, thereby reading the personal data, and printing through output the personal data obtained into a prescribed format by a printer.</p> |
