PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and rapidly perform engaging work using a hook member and sheet attaching work by forming parts where a wire frame is partially exposed from a pad material. SOLUTION: Blocks 38 are provided to the upper mold 33 of a foaming mold 31 along both sides of a wire frame 12 in the longitudinal direction thereof. The blocks 38 form recessed parts to the rear surface of a pad material. The wire frame 12 is exposed from the pad material at the presence positions of the blocks 38 and a connection pad material is formed at the position of a recessed part 39 free from the blocks 38. The wire frame and the pad material are integrally connected by the connection pad material to form parts where the wire frame 12 is partially exposed from the pad material.
