PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pressure member and a paper cassette from being damaged without generation of shock even if the member pulled against the force of a spring is released by mistake by providing a damper resisting against the force of the spring. SOLUTION: To set paper or the like, a pressure member 6 is pulled to the direction of arrow B against the force of springs 3, 4 and the paper is stored in an upright condition, and when the pressure member 6 is released, the member 6 is pulled to the direction of arrow C and moved along guide shafts 7, 8. A damper 16 is arranged between a paper casset 2 and the member 6, and thereby the member 6 moves slowly and abut on the paper to press it toward a takeout port 5.
