PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical microscope which can secure the proper operation and functions thereof via a power system under the control of an MRI diagnostic system by dissolving the problems during an operation that diagnosis cannot be performed with the MRI diagnostic system and that a mirror part becomes difficult to move and fix. SOLUTION: In a surgical microscope which performs at least one action via an operating system in response to an output signal from an operation direction means which directs operations, the operating system includes a motor 7 and a slide shaft 10, etc., which transmits the driving force of the motor to the operating part of a mirror part 6, and at least that member of a power transmission which extends from a portion adjacent the mirror part 6 to the mirror part 6 is constructed of a nonmagnetic member. Therefore, the microscope can be used without being affected magnetically by an MRI diagnostic system. |
