PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of performing hydration to a raw material and charging it into a high pressure zone at the same time when the raw material is treated for heating. SOLUTION: This apparatus is composed of a heating machine 3 having a raw material inlet port 9 and a raw material outlet port 10, a raw material- charging apparatus 2 placed at the raw material inlet port 9, having an open section at a raw material-transporting position which is apart in the axial direction, comprising a rotary mechanism for transporting the raw material and equipped with an injector 50 at a downstream part of a raw material receiving section, a raw material discharging apparatus 4 placed at the raw material outlet port 10, a water absorbing tube 5 and a throttling member 6. The water absorbing tube 5 and the throttling member 6 are placed between the raw material-charging apparatus 2 and the heating machine 3 having the water absorbing tube 5 at the upstream side in a serial order, and the raw material is efficiently cooked. |
