PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure that is excellent in waterproofing and can provide a fireproof structure. SOLUTION: A plurality of fire-resisting back battens A each with a noncombustible sheet 4 formed thereon are secured at regular intervals to a metallic back batten 3 having an approximately inverted T cross section, and a core 6 made from plastic foam 15 is formed between front 5 and back 7 materials. Also, a fire-resisting panel B formed into a butt structure in which a noncombustible board C is inserted between its ends is secured by fastenersβto an overall wall surface between the fire-resisting back battens A, and a mounting bracket E is secured by the fastenersβon a fixed part between the fire-resisting panels B. Further, the engaging parts 27 of a joint cover F are fitted over the locking parts 20 of the mounting bracket E to form them integrally with one another.
