PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a granulated bleach activating agent capable of reducing adhesion of a raw material to a crusher and a screen during a production, excellent in solubility and useful for detergents, etc., by crushing and grain- regulating the bleach activating agent in the presence of iminodisuccinic acid (salt) and binding the agent with an organic binding agent and granulating the agent. SOLUTION: This granulated bleach activating agent is obtained by crushing and grain-regulating the bleach activating agent of formula I or II (R<1> and R<2> are each a >=7C alkyl or alkenyl; M is a salt-forming cation or H) to have preferably 300-500μm average particle size in the presence of iminodisuccinic acid (salt), binding the obtained agent with an organic binding agent such as polyethylene glycol and granulating the agent. It is preferable to use 5-10wt.% of iminodisuccinic acid (salt) for 65-75wt.% of the bleach activating agent.
