An engine ECU 24 transmits a rolling code 1 when an engine rotational speed becomes 500rpm. If the codes correspond to each other, the immobilizer ECU 20 transmits a rolling code 2. The engine ECU 24 stops an engine if it cannot receive the rolling code 2 within the predetermined time. A counter CIMMOF performing counting up in the initial stage of this kind of process is arranged, and a reset is carried out only when the CIMMOF is finished normally. Then, The CIMMOF is also counted up when an ignition is turned off before communication of the rolling code is finished. On the basis of the value of the CIMMOF, a standby time for the rolling code 2 is sequently shortened, so that an engine driving time can be sequently shortened when the previous abnormal condition is finished.</p> |
