PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce an electroforming mold with extremely high accuracy even from a mold having wall thickness of an mm unit and forming a cavity having a complicated shape by using the mold as an electroforming master. SOLUTION: A replica mold 21 is constituted of a mold 11 and frame members A, B, C and a cavity is formed by the cavity forming surfaces 12, 22 of them and, after an ultraviolet curable resin 24 is supplied into the cavity, a glass substrate 26 having a square hole 26A is placed on the mold and the resin 24 is cured by the irradiation with ultraviolet rays and released along with the glass substrate 26 to form a replica master 28 for electroforming processing. |
